Dear Mountain bike

 

I am so sorry I did not ride you today, I left you alone in the corner of the bedroom.

I lent a friends' road bike too see what the roadies are making a fuss about, I was curious I'd never ridden one before...

 

It was weird, uncomfortable and at 10km I wanted to just come home to you. At 20km Id sorted out the gearing, and stopped panicking every time a car came past, by 30km on the long downhill home I ran out of gears, tucked in and it felt like heaven!!

 

You will always be my first love,but the adultery I committed this morning will now happen regularly. Please understand
