A camera is an excuse to stop, I always take it with me. Lekker ride with a buddy JG, on Sat. Was a real babbelaas buster ride, after watching Gino Fabbri on Fri night and drinking way too many beers. JG suggested that we give it a skip at about 12ish Friday night, but I put in my veto.

My father hasnt really shown much interest in my cycling over the past year and half,so it was quite a surprise when he asked if he could use one of my bikes to go for a ride with me and my son this morning.

That's awesome. A pic for the family album, 3 generations riding together. treasure those moments.

To the top of Dorstberg (Meerendal, for those not from the Cape...), while trying to shake a nagging cold. Probably not the best idea I've had in a while, but a whole long weekend and no riding just does not sit well with me...Anyway, I survived it, but was too knackered to care about photographic evidence...
