Went out for BDF's memorial ride, and so glad I did.

Those Road Rangers who assisted were out of this world. Without them we definitely wouldn't have been able to do it.

Cradle is the JHB equivalent. Everytime I venture out to other areas ariund town I realise how lucky I am to just ride to cradle from home

Legs weren't feeling too fresh today, so I kept the heartrate low and the cadence high. Well on my way to meeting my climbing target for the year, 3545m to go!

That's how I feel living in the south... far less traffic than the cradle, and the reserve is close enough to ride to, too.

Given how flat it is in the south, the reserve can put one in their place quickly.
