Yes, I've returned an item that didn't fit. They send the courier to collect it and shortly afterwards I had a credit. I also cancelled an entire order.  Few days later the money was back in my account.  I was quite impressed with how efficient it was.

By FAR the best upgrade I have done in recent years:

If you have Di2 with the little electronic buttons on the top of the lever.  
They are always a bit of a hit and miss.....search......maybe I pressed it, maybe I didnt.

Since then I have gone for women-specific kit (being a woman and all), and I don't have any complaints.

I find the sizing for bibs, shorts and shirts to be true to the sizing charts, and the quality has been as good as the local R1500+ equivalents.

I ordered two of the Souke bibs and I am returning them. They are not manufactured correctly - the reason for the "massive camel toe" is that the padding is stitched to far forward so I am not sitting on the padding at all and the part that's supposed to protect my perennial area goes half up to my belly button! 

I have never experienced this before and it is weird - it must be a defect production run or something.

Temu insist on providing pics with the refund claims - they were not pretty!  🫣

I did think it was odd that they didn't fit, as I haven't had an issue using men's bib's in the past.

But the padding was still in the right place for me (as well as the wrong place).

 

I never thought of returning them and just figured I'd wear them on the indoor trainer.

Same here I also ordered 2 and sent them back. Didn't even bothered with pictures just said that they were no good. I received a credit back in my account an hour after the courier collected them. Won't be buying them again.

Interesting how some have received poor quality and others not. I don't have a problem with my Souke's at all, besides the leg length.

I wonder if it has to do with the model type or if they have difference suppliers?

Something that annoys me when I open the Temu app to browse, pop ups where I first need to spin a wheel 500 times before I can proceed. Rant over 😝
 
Who knows what this means? I just chose 3 random items for the R1 offer. Am I getting those items for R3 with the box of baseballs which comes to R665
