Did you order cycling shoes? If yes how do they fit? Any comments? Cycling shoes in SA are ridiculously expensive lately.

@Dobri?

I bought a Parktools lookalike derailleur hanger tool, wasn't expecting much, but I was super impressed by the quality when it arrived. Total was about R700 with R108 duties, well worth it for the product I received

I'd love to see a photo of what actually arrived if you would be willing? Considered getting exactly this because it was a decent seeming deal. Please :)

Hear you go. Good welds, zero play in the sleeve, super smooth. Only thing I did was nip the sharp tip off the retaining grub screw and put some locktite on it. Even came with half decent usage instructions.

JIP !!

Other than the sticker, there is no obvious difference between this and the Parktool unit.

Copyright or right to copy? 👀

Like you said, at least change the design slightly

Ordered a GARMIN stem mount for a FSA stem. Could not find anything locally. I have family in both UK & Aus and both could assist, but would've cost me about R1600.

On temu my wife bought me the mount for R271(incl duties.) It arrived last week, perfect fit and very sturdy. I even used the longer stem bolts - seems to be good quality and good threading, but I am contemplating replacing them with maybe S/S or titanium. Not that it is needed at this stage, just a precaution.

I will update should anything fail on this.

Sorry, how is the FSA stem different to others ?  I know that Trek has (had) a longer stem cover, which impacted the use of a normal stem mount.

Normal stem mounts for Garmin are readily available.

The holes on my FSA stem is wider apart, 38mm. And could not find a mount locally that would fit. I bought a Forza mount from a BH user, only to realize the problem once arrived.

I think it's disgusting that the retail price is double the copycat.

Depending on how you measure it, the richest man in the world currently made his money selling disgustingly overpriced hand bags and other luxury items at eye watering markups.
