Loos like Roger Kluge in the rainbow jersey, current Madison World Champ. Not sure why he wore the jersey for a road race, But your guess is as good as mine.

Yeah thats what I also said to my mates. But there is also a pre-race pic looks like when they leaving the accommodation and he has the top on, on the other hand that could've been from the Friday night pre-spin.

 

Anyway, none of my business LOL
