Thought a session as VG doing concrete strips and daggapad and nguni loop would have cured me, but just made me want to go back and try again and again.... I have enough self loathing to justify riding (walking) it exclusively. Race it - not likely I do use it while partaking in certain races...but I am certainly not trying for Podium.
