Looking for a rigid fork, for my Cotic Simple.

Any suggestions?

I like the carbon look, even though its a green steel/chromo bike.

Also not looking to break the bank, as it is a trial. Will be removing the Sid to try out a full rigid...

Thanks in advance.

whats going on with your headtube?

The for is actually a 26" fork. I lost a bit of the frame's geometry so I made a spacer out of vesconite to get the lost 5cm back.

Two benefits for me:

1. Aesthetics. I personally think it looks better with a tensioner more parallel to the ground. Makes for a 'cleaner' look.

2. By providing more chain wrap on the sprocket there's an increased amount of chain in contact with the sprocket driving the teeth of the gears, reducing the possibility of the chain slipping.

Got it

I am busy building my first single speed using an old MTB I had in the garage.

Currently I am looking for some custom decals, preferably online or in the Gauteng area. Sandton/Centurion.

Anyone you could recommend?
