  1. Check on eBay, pretty sure if you dig long enough you'll find something very similar to that cable mount, or maybe even the same BMC one.
  2. PM Bibi he does Answer and Funn stems including the 35mm OS type and ask the other guy on the forum that does Dabomb, names Edward, he also has 35mm OS stems. Check in the classifieds, they both have ads up and just drop them a pm with what you are looking for, sure they'll be able to sort you out.
  3. Yebo yes, sharpen up your steering even more, perhaps make climbing a bit harder if your setup is already a bit overly rear weighted, perhaps not significantly either way but it might just be enough to get the weighting/setup on your bike so that it suits your style of riding to a tee. Rise on the bars and length of your stem shifts your weight forward or backwards on your bike, if you want to lift the wheel easier and have more direct steering then go shorter on the stem and higher rise on the bars will just get your weight further back. I'd go for it if it's possible and you can afford it, the best way to test anything is to try it. I think 35mm is the shortest currently avail, quite pricey though.
  4. Ok well you can already get stainless steel Wolf tooth chain rings, albeit for the unconscionable sum of $99: http://www.wolftoothcomponents.com/products/104-bcd-stainless-steel-chainrings
  5. Who would have thought Sam would release a current tech product that's both cheap and long lasting, awesome. Now some competitor just needs to release the steel 104bcd rings. These would probably be made out of Cro-Mo?
  6. Interesting article on Spanish Real Estate: http://www.npr.org/sections/parallels/2015/08/23/433228503/in-spain-entire-villages-are-up-for-sale-and-theyre-going-cheap
  7. Baussssss!!! Is that a touch screen lcd?
  8. Is the Porlex mini grinder better than the Hario's? Definitely looks more durable and portable, no glass and minimum plastic
  9. Was wondering the same thing, wasn't like the conditions looked even the least bit inclement #nojudging #itsenduro, for me goggles belong in full face helmets.
  10. The guy ripping the course with his rather substantial tripod/steadicam and camera bag on his back?
  11. Indeed that's why I'm asking [emoji6]
  12. What grinder is that? Is Mastertons pretty decent coffee, seen it at some Spars, reasonably priced as well?
  13. I see there was Mitchells beer at this jol, must have been good!
  14. Kona frame failures, eeeeish, what's the frame warranty like?
  15. Urge helmets look a bit far out in pics but generally they fit and look better on your head than most helmets on the market. The original enduro matic fit really well, it's the helmet that gave the least mushroom head appearance in my experience. Either way Urge makes very high quality stuff, not cheap though.
  16. Isn't this a bit of a risky formula, unguided(ie no experienced and armed game guide/warden escorting you) bicycle game ride race, Wildebeest for one can be quite aggressive at times, its not like crocodile and hippo have any reputation for killing humans!?
  17. That's just a generic copy, the Cokin filter brand is still alive and well, perhaps just not widely available in SA.
  18. The graduated filter tool in LR is also very effective for balancing exposures, with that and the new HDR in 6 you have some powerful options, I'd at least work it for all its worth before getting any ND grad filters. Good quality ND filters are not cheap and buying a cheapie ND grad might defeat the purpose.
  19. Do you guys that walk around with R20-50k watches on your wrists insure them for theft when you are out and about, if so how much per month and is it all risks cover?
  20. Are those what Wtb calls the inner peace sidewalls?
  21. Is that a DT200 you are rebuilding?
  22. I'm pretty skinny and anything less than around 155mm wide kills me, also consider the seats padding, if your ass bones have no meat on them(ie when you sit on a wooden bench your bones hit the decks/uncomfortable) then you need something like a Wtb Prue (also a wide saddle) that has nice padding if your butt does have meat on it then you can get the appropriate width saddle but with minimalistic padding like most of the Spez saddles.
  23. Come on guys, play nicely! Where's everyone riding these days now Tokai and Silvermine are out of commission, still spots to ride further out but the drive/fuel costs must get steep?
  24. Are those prices for complete builds?!
