  1. Looked cracker out there. Was chuffed to see Kevin and David go so well. Do you Cape Town locals get to ride those tracks on non epic days?
  2. You got a horse?
  3. Certainly not one of a skull and 2 roses along the lateral aspect of my abdomen. She looks cross.
  4. That bike got awesome suspension design as it stands, but built around a 26" wheel. Surely you will alter that dynamic with a bigger wheel, even if it clears the frame?
  5. Rock and roll lube. Can't seem to find it anywhere.
  6. Pretty overcast outside now. Have to see what tomorrow brings. Bit of rain make things a bit different. Some of those tech bits " in the slippery " going to be fun.
  7. Problem with us as fans is we decide early on if we dig someone or not. Once you decide the player is dodge, whatever he does is judged with bias. Graeme is a prime example. Graeme can score 100 and some will say world class batsmen and others will say about time and actually was lucky and technique is dodge etc. We can't just judge each shot or innings on it's merit. Me included. Still rather have him in my side than play against him.
  8. If still at school then HT, otherwise dualliie. That fullsusser Scott is cracker. You won't be sorry.
  9. Half way up Lebanon when it kicks for the 10th time you might not be quite so in love but otherwise tops.
  10. As I said. DODGE. Black, brother, black.
  11. No no no. Plain black your only option. Purple, green or red with baby blue is dodge.
  12. Just lost 2 close games at the start of a long tournament, to two traditionally strong teams. Got bonus point in each. Plus both away games. Old adage of win your home games and any away points are bonus still holds. Admittedly got pounded in the tight phases against the Pinks which was a concern but will come right. I'll be way more concerned if we get one at home from the Lions though.
  13. I enjoy it. Can clobber a bowl in seconds when rushing , it's that easy to eat. I mix mie with Pronutro sometimes.
  14. I've got the Scott. Loving it.
  15. We pick only 4 specialist batsmen, and still belt them. Easy game this. Cant see them getting too many deliveries in their half during the test series....
  16. Good luck with that.
  17. I've just got the carbon Scott 29 er, same bike as the Ali , just different material. Previous 26 bike had fox shock and fork. It was definately softer and plusher but I find the control with the Scott much better. Maybe it's the bigger wheels, maybe the ride position but just works really well. And my gosh it's fast. Have been getting numb hands though, maybe needs to tweak the fork setup. Loving it so far.
  18. I've never understood how a GPS can be accurate for distance and speed when taking altitude into account. To my understanding , gps coordinates are 2 dimentionall ie latitude and longitude, and on a flat plane can be accurate to mms , but if you go up in total elevation, the distance from point A to point B will be more ( remember trig at school?) than if you rode along a flat plane. So does the gps unit have a built in altimeter which it references or does the thing actually work in 3 D?
  19. What! She's beautiful. Soon to be fitted with some sleek red grips.
  20. Sorry. Meet Katy
  21. What's more unhealthy is the mud and slime and stories that you ride through around here that gets sprayed up onto your bottle , and you sluk that. Dodgy.
  22. I can do all that easy, but man my bike is fast.
  23. Don't get cramp.
  24. Just watch out for the mamba that lives in that white house.......
