I'm lucky that I'm D/E wide. With racing / narrower shoes I usually have to go half to full size up. But I like my shoes snug (I DON'T tolerate ANY form of internal slippage - especially on the trail). The problem with stretching your shoes is that it may compromise the durability of your shoes, eg. toes breaking out of the toebox.
*sigh* Suunto users: It's good to know that we are being backed by Suunto. Since day 1 I've never been disappointed by their products or customer service. Discovery though...

Vario? Good!! The other Speedcross's grip are meant for like 20% of the trails here in WC - over marketed by Cape Union Mart and such. I also find Salomon's to be quite narrow - I have to go up half a size above my usual (compared to most ASICS for example). The bigger chain-shops only stock full sizes which is either too big or too small and I need the fit to be perfect. Anyways, happy trails and have a visit at www.trailhub.co.za ! edit: words

I have probably de-linked / re-linked my Movescount account 5 times. The last time I did this was early January. Haven't had any missed sessions since then. Scratch that - I see it's only picking up activities when it feels like. About 50% of my activities are missing. Tapiriik here I come!
Fixed it for ya. I'm no Spez fanboy. I like to associate myself with the brand and people of the other S brand. I don't own a single piece of Specialized equipment....BUT they really do impress me. Their marketing is by far the best in SA (for a cycling brand). I've never really heard of anyone complaining of choosing Spez. This shop just looks effin' awesome. And then there's the SONGO programme.
Watched an episode of HIMYM on (someone else's subscription) Comedy Central the other day. The same 5 ads, every ad break. Some shown TWICE per ad break. I guess that's one of the things that put me off DSTV the most - the ad breaks. Anyone who binged on TDF last year would know the feeling of nausea when they see anything "Cecil Nurse"
'Been using easy view for years now - basically to get digital quality "free" channels. But the Decoder's were sh**, the customer service worse and the billing problems the worst. Using OpenView now. The same channels as DSTV Easy View. The same dish (no adjustments required). Absolutely zero monthly fees.
4x Base Training Sessions (100) and 3x Quality (300+) sessions a week should give you at least 1300. It's not a ridiculous amount of points but it's not unrealistic either. With the current system Vitality is basically a charity organisation giving away free smoothies and watches.
