    correction to the article; the Derailleur batteries are good for 60hours of riding time between recharge. Because they are rechargeable lithium ion chemistry they can be recharged at any stage in their charge cycle without fear of developing memory or losing capacity. The Shifters CR2032 batteries are good for 2years approximately, before replacement is necessary

    Loved his comments about the dog walkers. generally the dog walkers who complain are those whose dogs are off leash and roaming about, and then the elderly. But lets face it, thats how they roll. Generally if you slow down before passing people from behind, and greet on your way past they return a friendly greeting. I was stopped last Friday morning by an elderly lady who wanted to know why theres so many bicycles on her trail. I stopped and explained what had happened and all she retorted was " Oh....my my , I see. Can't trust these ****ing politicians can we?! Well run along then..!" I just smiled and waved wishing a great day forward

    Sorry but I disagree. You have no way of establishing the integrity of the helmet after many machine washes. Bell advocates using a mild soap like a mild dishwashing soap but not at the temperature you washing yours at. Many helmet manufactures state use co,s water and cloth and mild soap
