It's probably a shadow of the uppermost strap forming itself around a most awesome bosom. Look at where the other shadow, cast from her left bosom and shoulder is coming from - indicates the light is coming from the top left. With the curvature of the tatas, the shadow would create that line. You can see it gently arcing to join with the uppermost strap as well, getting fainter as it gets closer.

 

BTW - thank you for making me take more time to study said awesome bosomage. I salute you, kind sir.
