ramsew Posted March 13, 2012 Share Thanks guys. Apparently Schwalbe have got the Snakeskin in UST 29er. Has anyone heard any reviews? At the moment the choice is between the Maxxis Crossmark, Geax AKA/Saguaro, Schwalbe Snakeskin.I used Racing Ralph Snakeskin with no problems on the GR300- tire pressure needs to be right though. not sure what would be best for the epic as I've never ridden it

petatodd Posted March 13, 2012 Share What's the right pressure? Your weight in pounds divided by 7 plus 2 psi for rearminus 1 psi for front Racing Ralph EVO with Snakeskin, perfect for Epic. And any other ride for mid field riders.

ramsew Posted March 13, 2012 Share What's the right pressure? if your on a HT like me then its the softest you can get without 'F%^%^ your rims up. My motivation is compliance at the rear and traction on the front........ oh year and make sure you've got rims that can manage a [low pressure] UST tire
