Not really cycling related, but sort of. I had my iPhone 5 as a spare phone and Strava phone after upgrading to a Huawei P9, as I'm not comfortable riding with the P9. A colleague was desperate for an iPhone so I sold her my iPhone 5, and got this - Samsung J1 Mini Prime, which I'll be taking with me when I ride to record on Strava, and it'll work as a spare phone as well. The cover arrived yesterday from Takealot. Now to maybe get a bike mount, or I might just carry on using the armband, which fits a 4" phone perfectly.c3aca7e345596480c15e81edd08d5253.jpg

Personally I would never wear a mobile phone in clear view, on my arm/s, because that might just be something too visible to the would be bikejackers.

Ja I'm thinking of maybe investing in a bike mount. Where I live is okay, there haven't been too many stories of bike jacking. It's where I work that puts me off. I was thinking of riding to work and back again, but Pinetown Crimetown is known for its crime.

This week has been really tough and rough at work, this photo has been on my second screen all week. Bit of perspective.

Glad to see the bike has gone to another generation of happy little bikers!

My latest purchase

huge congrats to you and the Mrs!

I hope they get the order right .... on our second "purchase" we opted for a girl in the drop down menu, but they delivered a boy ......... now the return policy is extremely complicated, so we then decided to rather keep him.
