Any chance you've put them through some rock gardens? I might be on the lookout for a wheeler soon but need something that will keep up with heavy Enduro rides.

Coming back to mountain biking after 2.5 years out of it due to an injury and then life. I have always wanted to do enduro and here I am, starting my journey.

Got the bike Giant Stance 2 off bikehub from an awesome member, fitted some new parts, DHF and DHR tyres, 1x10 convo with Zee rear mech and shifter, XT crankset, Rapide HiRise 780 bars with a 50mm stem and Crank Brothers Stamp 2 flats. Waiting for Rapide to get dropper posts and will then get a 30mm stem too.

Getting there!

At my LBS. After discount, R2500. It has carbon soles and it comes with black laces also.

I needed to get something that was more adjustable as I developed some nerve issues in my right foot.

it's not very accurate for short high intensity workouts due to heart rate lag 

 

for longer stuff it's fairly accurate for my needs.

 

the power is not smooth and every now and again I get some big spikes.

 

still want to borrow a pm and test it on a ride

Have not ridden them yet. Was going to go out this past weekend, but picked up the dreaded "Cape Town Stomach Bug"

 

Plan to hit Hoogekraal, Conties and Bloemendal this Wednesday.

Will give my very unprofessional feedback then.
