Some Spectral EX love just went up:

The suspension delivers a ton of confident ground feedback while never feeling out of its depth, prompting the rider to adopt a more dynamic riding style. While not permanently glued to the ground, the rear didn’t once show any signs of twitchiness or inadequacy. The Spectral is one of those bikes that just begs to be ridden hard on berms or rollers, racking up the air time.

It's quite strange seeing the front triangle so 'skinny' compared to other brands and then the rear triangle so 'fat' compared... Noticed this last year already. Love the front, the rear kinda puts me off.

Yip, agree. Those Evil bikes don't do it for me either'.

The DH one (Undead) works for me. But I agreed on the others. And It's just a linkage driven single pivot.

so is a trek remedy, and that just won bike of the year on pinkbike!

nothing wrong with single pivot axle paths

Your strength is your weakness....sure its nice and pretty to have a linkage design that nasa engineer did...maintaining it well that is when the "poppe dans" so to speak.
