Legally you will win the fight but they may damage the bike just to get back at you. (If they back out of a deal they may very well send you a damaged bike) and that is a whole different fight. Now with it being a skating shop I asked them what they like etc, and they spotted the skating DVDs. They chose the ones they liked and they were VERY happy. 10 minutes later a woman flies through the door and throws the DVDs at my from about 4 meters away. Kakked me out for selling them DVDs while they were supposed to buy each of them T shirts. The little ****s never said anything. I could have set fire to that beast of a woman, but I left it and gave them a refund. Take your money and leave dude. I contacted you to sort it out. How old is your son? The contract was made when he advertised the goods and the buyer agreed and paid the money to you/your son.

My mom stopped fighting my battles for me when I turned 6 and to this date I thank her for that!Sorry ma'am but you need to face the fact that you son is growing up and needs to pay real life schooling fees for his own actions. He placed the ad, someone responded, they agreed on terms and the buyer paid. Thus you are currently a third party and not involved with this deal. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction, I think is the correct term here... feetup and Sepia 2
