Guys we can learn from this...being fit does not mean we healthy...have yourself checked. ..stress ECG ...etc ... RIP ...fellow rider .True. Some years back a farmer in our area died of a heart attack while out jogging and he was super fit.

You're right, it is hectic, to say the least.... well I don't know how healthy I am, I'd say I'm average in fitness, but I'm a smoker - think I need to throw the away the cigs.
