Is motorcycling allowed?

I commute daily on my BMW F800ST. What makes it great in winter are the heated grips.

Heated grips can be aftermarket fitted to any bike, but yes they are a plus in winter time and cold days.

Sorry upfront if this inquiry does not suite the thread. However, is there a Hubber that can help to service the rear shock of a BMW F800ST ? JHB area. Shock has done 63,000 K,s and is leaking oil.

accident damaged bike converted to streetfighter.later on I made a custom top fairing for it,but currently rebuilding to streetfighter again.(the hooligan in me won the fight)

Hi Guys,

Haven't had a bike in 2 years, probably won't for some time either.

I hate walking by and seeing my helmet, which I kept in the hopes of using soon, so perhaps somebody would be interested. Worth a shot.

It's a Nolan XR802 Casey Stoner edition. Size Medium

Carbon fibre, painted.

Comes with clear and dark, quick release visors.

Removable anti-fog insiide clear visor

Comes with a soft nolan cover, manual, etc.

I paid R8000 but open to offers.

It would break my heart to see it go, last string to hold onto, but is equally heartbreaking to see it just lying around.

Hah Ha.

Dont sell it.

My Story:

Last thing I had left from all my bikes was a helmet. A black Arai. I went to Cape Town and seen as though my brother was commuting in CTN and had an open face I felt sorry for him and gave him my old lid. In perfect nick. Black Arai with 3 x visors etc.

Anyway about 6 months later me and the wife go for a ride with mates, she says she really enjoyed it and i decide to reinvest in motorcycling again. Now I start with the helmets, jackets, gloves etc but all x 2. Being a snob i decide nothing but Arai will do for me again. Until i priced them.

Then i nearly fell over.

So right now my brother in CTN rides with an Arai and my wife and I have Schuberth helmets.

And the costs of the accessories have skyrocketed compared to when i was first getting in to bikes. That Jacket and things like that - keep them.

You never know when the itch will arise to reconnect with the need to ride....
