I see the algorithm literally takes your Average pace per km over the last 4 weeks running and Multiplies it by 91kms..

Very scientific... :whistling:

Man that is ridiculous

What scares me is that you run only a little bit slower than what I'm running now for the entire comrades. I'm truly in awe

Good luck with that. I cannot even run that for 10km nevermind 90 km.

And to think that the gold medal guys will average +-3:45/km. Its just insane.

So what are your training plans for the weekend?

I am running Jackie Mekler 25km tomorrow and a relaxing 15km on Sunday before having a huge lunch with my family for Mother's Day.

Pirates reverse run on Sunday :)

Also... going to run short ones today and tomorrow as well - legs were actually in far worse shape from last Sunday than I initially thought, but feeling good today. Got two weeks to build up to my peak...
