Ever since moving into this house I've Braai'd every weekend. You can see by the smoke stain that we have no respect for economical wood usage. Gen Posted November 4, 2017 Share We've started a new thing at home..the boys are in charge of sorting supper one day a week..and for today they have decided it will be fillet on the braai..the eldest said he would sort the fillet and marinaded it early today.. a nice balsamic marinade and the other son is in charge of the "bykos"... avo potato salad and Jan Braai's Mediterranean braai brood..
