Hoping that they have completed that intersection at Fishoek-Sun Valley-Kommetjie!!!! Been digging up that road going for 2 years now!

Edit: Also don't see any changes to the on-ramp section at the start...  Bottleneck city!

And? are they up? You locals need to keep us thin air guys in the loop.

lol Nothing yet....

Just a few more days and I'll start seeing them go up!

I've managed to pass this stupidity onto my daughters for their Junior Cycle Tour too.

That section is rough, heard of a few incidents when riders misjudged those barriers!

Done a late entry as I saw there were still entries available. Waiting for start time. Hoping that I won’t have a late start.

Same, Only paid on Saturday as I had forgotten to pay initially even though I had completed my basket. Sent an email to racetec and received the automated "Please note we are inundated with emails, Please be patient" reply. Checked racetec again today and still doesn't CTCT as an entered event.

Oh well, Will probably only get it then once substitutions close as I don't see them doing a separate batch of emails for the few guys who have entered late. The only weird thing I noticed is that when online yesterday, normal entries were still open.

Normal entries will be open till substitutions close I reckon, unless they taking late entries on the day....

Just a quick question regarding CTCT seeding...

I have been seeded around 2D-F for the past 3 years now - I am perfectly happy with this seeding.

What I would like to know though is what kind of avg speeds or race times would I need to be looking at to crack it into the 1's?

So the way i see it, i could be wrong, if they doing another seeding run the 2nd March for the entries done after seeding was out and for Substitutions. People who entered after the seedings was sent out and does a good time for the Tour de PPA will be better off?

I reckon (as far as I've seen) average speeds around 30km/h then for similar distance races with similar beta... A mate is seeded in E on PPA and has a 1G seeding for CTCT, E is generally average speeds of around 30km/h for similar distance races.

If they use Tour De PPA then probably yes.

However you can request tour seeding to be "revised" and then you could get re-seeded, at a cost ofcourse.(not sure how much but I know a cost is involved)
