You can moan all you want but it is what it is, rather look at how you'll manage within the rules otherwise just stay with the garden marathons or indoor trainer if it suits you better?

not moaning, I am greatfull for the breadcrumbs. Just not making sense

So I'll cycle from home 5km north direction, turnaround for home then south for 5km, turnaround for home then head west for 5km, turnaround for home and then finally head East for another 5km - total of 40km...should be worthwhile lol

Hubbers are welcome to steal my idea????

But its stupid to fence the timing in because now everyone will out between those times ans social distancing will be hard

Agree 100%.... But its easier to police (reads- you don’t have to)

Because I / some people work during that time. I am happy with the radius, the curfews just doesnt make sense? Condense people, but during lets say a 8 hour gap you spread people, and the risk of spreading the virus is less? You are now going to pass 3-4 times more fellow joggers/cyclers than normal?

Yeah but let's be honest, we are all either going to go out early morning or late evening anyway. I am. Not gonna wait till like 1 in the afternoon to go for a ride or a run.

So weather the law forces us to go in the morning or not, most of us will end up going out in the morning anyway.

This means essential health workers like my wife who work at hospitals till 4pm don't get to exercise. Sure everything won't be fair for everybody, just don't get the logic of condensing people into the morning time slot.

I'm hopeful that this can be amended.

Yet again pathetic thinking. By saying within 5km radius you concentrate riders. And then on top of that you limit it to 3 hours a day in the morning. More concentration of people. Typical cANCer thinking. I see no difference between riding 5km from your house or 100km from your house. If you are alone.

As I understand it it’s to be able to plot hotspots, not stop the spreading.

I guess it makes it easier to police, between 6 - 9 police will probably turn a blind eye to every cyclist out there but for the rest of the day you better have a good excuse if you are seen on your bicycle somewhere.
