Stupid hub vs stupid fork vs stupid me

So I have a Fox F32 (Evolution series) and I have a nice carbon rim on a TA hub (looks carbon but could be a sticker).

Everything should be happy but when I put them together the disk makes contact with the fork. I think about 1mm sideways and it would be fine. Other wheels are fine in the fork.

Any suggestions? I can make a spacer for one side and grind down the opposite end cap but if there's a better way i'm open to ideas.

I'll take some pics later.

Using a very bent backup wheel in the mean time.

Are the fork and hub the same axle standard? Ie boost / non boost etc

Sounds like your hub axle was installed the wrong way around. It could be that the hub uses different size (thickness) end caps on the disc and non disc side of the wheel.

Dial up was rad.... While I am an invalid and can't even play guitar, I may try to synthesize a track using only samples and Dial up noises.....

I reckon I will post it here before this picture is uploaded!

Sorry to keep everyone in suspenders. Pics here. Disc is touching the brake mounts (on the fork). Have tried without caliper attached and same thing.

Both non-boost

Does the TA hub have endcaps, or more importantly is it missing an endcap

Some hubs could be converted to 9mmQR or 15mmTA with changing the endcaps

Have both, they don't fit the opposite sides.

Going for the third option here...

Have you loosened and re-centred the brake caliper?

Yes, touches even with no caliper.
