Select Manual mode and it will allow it - in Strava.

I'd do it, but it takes time.

I looked at their route in more detail.

Difficult to see how they will get off the M2 East onto the M1 South - it has barriers separating East from West. Looks like the double-decker section could be dual carriageway.

Also, the short left, right, left after Kyalami (Main Road); not sure how they get the little cut-out section.

Here's how I interpret it in Garmin Connect; 96Km.

I think that left right left after Kyalami is going behind the shopping center.

Falling out with Mnr Steyn I wonder?

Most of the reason I want to ride this again is for the lap of Kyalami. I'm glad its still in there.

Kyalami used to be open in the evenings for cyclists/runners etc.

Old Kyalami? Ja I cycled there a few times way back. It was brilliant.

I suppose I haven't really been riding since new Kyalami was built so never looked into it if that still happens.

Thank you Frosty for doing the route.

It looks like there will be less elevation gain. In 2019 elevation gain was 1498m.

  • 3 weeks later...

MTB and kids ride still at Steyn City. Maybe Nasrec is just better suited with regard to logistics and such .

Edit: Cyclists from the South are smiling.

Anyone seen this?

does this mean that unless you have submitted results they will only use previous 947 results?
