FootballingCyclist Posted December 19, 2022 Share Tyler Lange u23 Marc Pritzen - Dev Alan Hatherley - MTB 🤔 The last 1 confuses me as Alan has been a part of their factory racing team. Then again Michael Valgren was part of the WT team as is on the list below in the Nippo Dev team, Unless he's going to be a mentor to the rest. So I won't lie, I'm pretty confused with the setup at EF now. babse

To ride in this development team is good, he will learn the ropes and understand more about what road racing is about. He may succeed and adapt or he may not. He will do from my understanding selected races and still be focused on the XC. Valgren is a great mentor to younger riders, he is a great human and has a wealth of experience. Just what I thoight would happen. So essentially "trying his hand" at road in a Pro setup whilst still keeping up with his XC commitments... Makes sense.. Here's to hoping he can do well on the road whilst abroad..
DieselnDust Posted December 20, 2022 Share Well whether he makes a successful transition to road or not it will boost his XC racing ability. Longer races and preparing for those will build that engine which might be what he needs to find that extra 1 or 2 % to win consistently. It did wonders for Nino Prince Albert Cycles and Underachiever 1

Colombo is youngish and has had a proper year in 2022. Also interesting is that Lars, who has been really average for last season or 3 ( other than European Champs), now gone to Thomus and teams up with Fluckiger 😈 Swiss battles are going to be heated again. They haven’t exactly launched yet but I believe the announcement will be soon.
