 are you allowed to race a younger age group (vets)? Specifically individual time trail

I would think you have to race in the age group that your CSA license pertains to. That is if you are looking for sort of official result.

No, that rule was sorted out a long time ago… in the same town nogal.

You can opt for elites only if you’re holding a racing license in age cat. But you need to contact CSA beforehand.

But you can’t race in Age cat and Elites; it’s one of the other.

I'll assume it's a mistake that'll be corrected soon...

According to the starting lists posted here, me see nogal vets in younger vets age groups (tt and race)

Guess these lists are not final and will be corrected.

Yeah proper close sprint with Johann Trotzky narrowly coming in 2nd and Gustav Basson coming in 3rd. With Reinhardt essentially having retired from road racing to focus on that crit league, I guess if he wins the RR on Sunday, We won't get to see the national jersey on show anywhere.

Mens ITT race is tomorrow apparently. I don't have any start times unfortunately.

There are older Vets with a younger Vets licence, so they have to race in the category their licence reflects. We had lots of confusion at our race in October 2022 because of this. While everyone is out racing, I have nothing to do (at the event), so I do get to chat with the Tannie from CSA (Technical) and catch up on the latest rule changes.
