We noticed it on our last MTB ride, the one where Pikey asked where the blue shed was.

It must have been from that monsoon season we had last month; lots a standing water, and perhaps a high water table.

I know where it , the dip off the pathway running parallel to the brewery.
We passed that dip on our way to Walkerville, via Sun Valley road.

Yet another day of long miles in the car ..... granted, leaving home with the wipers going steadily I was wondering if THIS was the morning Dale might give it a skip ......

 

Between Bettysbay and Rooi Els a gent was riding on the wet tar, and was wondering if managed to miss the rain.

 

Coming back two touring bikes were cruising along Clarence Drive ..... by now it was PERFECT cycling weather ..... with me heading back to the office.

Perfect weather.  LOTS of cyclists out and about today.

 

 

 

There was a patch of MIST along Bottelary ....

Rain started at about 18:00 last night and probably stopped sometime before I woke up. Roads were dry, but the wind… well, it was definitely there.

Easy going out, but a little harder coming back. Still beats time for on the trainer.
