Early morning rain forced us to cancel our planned ride for today. I’m hindsight, it wasn’t the best decision, as the trails seemed dry. Went out later, and did an urban ride through town.

the first ride in a few weeks....and it was nice to be out...the company of few runners and dog walkers...and the snow is still on the ground....first time for everything....first time on a MTB on snow...oh the fitness....don't ask....its not great...and we are still smiling...

There are easier ways to spend a Sunday morning, albeit with a lot of frustration going by the golfers f'ing and blinding ... but few as rewarding as a bike ride in this mornings perfect conditions! Blue skies for days on the Highveld 😎
