20220522_124653_copy_4624x3468.heic20220522_132358.heicHave not been to Meerendal in a long long time.

Have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the change since TMBC has taken over the maintenance for one you can see the trails. We think the climb is steeper now 🤣

How much of Burry have they done ?

Few weeks back most of the washed out bits have been redone.... just few iffy corners, nothing hectic

Last night one of my youngsters went to listen to John Rutland talk about his solo ride from Cape Town through virtually every African country to England and the last rugby World Cup. Motivational indeed!

Ron (and Adam this time) are on their way to the Women's World Cup in NZ. Last night they gave a talk in the local "Out of Africa" here - was pretty good talk. (and quite cool to touch the whistle 😊)

Joined them (as well as Rex who cycle the entire Malaysia with them) on Sunday for the ride into KL. The 3 below in the photo. Pretty fit guys 👌

Social distancing ?

Did you take your own bike with you ?

Social distancing is definitely best practice now, with little to no mask wearing at this point in time.

I have taken my precious rim brake ‘Dale to trips to France. Lately, I’ve been renting as it is far more convenient.
