Nearly took up fencing at 40 km/h

yesterday EMPD closed off the road past the airport with yellow barriers but still allowed me through.
this morning the first barriers were yellow, but the second set was just fencing across the road, in the dark at 40km/h I only saw it at the last second.
managed to slow down quick enough and then find a gap through.

except this is along the cargo section. between the cargo buildings and the main airport buildings.

Only thing I can think of is that they are parking private planes down that section and therefore trying to keep possible attacks etc. away.

Also I know the suspicious package detonation bunker is located in that area too.

Government officials are supposed to land and park (the aircraft) at the airforce base. The NGOs and their support staff would be at OR Tambo. It’s a perimeter fence aimed to keep us minions out of areas that they simply wouldn’t have enough manpower to control. Some of my Colleagues in our Security division have some inside info on what’s happening.

No issue that they're setting up some additional security, would have been nice if it was more visible in the dark though.
