Ended up being a super social ride, hooked up with mates in the parkinglot, met more mates on the trails....Good for socializing, did nothing for my fitness. Was a great day out.Riding a bike has nothing to do with fitness ... Only fun! If you get fit having the fun.. bonus! Sob... There was last year 2 lions roaming inside the park, but they struggled to dart them. And now they can't "find" them. They apparently went back to the Kruger Park.
