Säntis Mt. in the background - start of the Appenzil region of the Alps

 

That mountain is on my list for a day trip if we are at WEF next year.

Concrete road, DaggaPad, Tant Miems then introduced some mates to CliffHanger today :thumbup: a skidmark or two but they enjoyed it.

Railway then River back.... 

That River trail... how can something that feels SO GOOD not be bad for you!! ^_^

After 8 years of riding at VG, every time still feels like the first time! :clap:

Hmm black horse.. We should organise a ride there. Start at silverstar ride to the brewery, get SO's to join for lunch and beers with the cars for a lift back

Back at Heia Safari today, tried Kings Kloof, but gate was closed at 6:30

I rode the Komga Show 35km ride yesterday, great route, but with the Singlespeed, and I left my climbing legs at home, so kakked a bit(think I've done too many mountains this week). I wasn't as brave as Jughead Dave who tackled the 65km ride down to the Kei river. It was hot enough at the top of the valley, it must have cooked in the river valley proper.

Battling the flu at the moment so had to give this a skip.

Dangerous Dave is strong lad and he puts in the training time.
