That River trail... how can something that feels SO GOOD not be bad for you!! After 8 years of riding at VG, every time still feels like the first time! deanbean Posted October 11, 2015 Share I rode the Komga Show 35km ride yesterday, great route, but with the Singlespeed, and I left my climbing legs at home, so kakked a bit(think I've done too many mountains this week). I wasn't as brave as Jughead Dave who tackled the 65km ride down to the Kei river.
