Had a beautiful ride at Thaba today.

 

Did Yafta today again and didn't male the first uphill but only by a few pedal strokes...BUT...made everything else after that bit coasting inbetween sections to pick up my lung....really chuffed with that.

Had such a lekker ride at Northern Farm this morning! First the Red route, then the Blue route, then the Green route. Seems like ages since I've been there but it was as good as ever!

Did Yafta today again and didn't male the first uphill but only by a few pedal strokes...BUT...made everything else after that bit coasting inbetween sections to pick up my lung....really chuffed with that.
