Haven't been on the bike this week on account of man-flu.

But did a nice road ride with an old colleague and riding buddy from Worcester to Ceres and back on Sunday. 4c36dc3c03dc8cea455974d5608feee3.jpgI just love the beauty of the mountains around here. 3bc14d526a6855891284b5e5c3bc9090.jpg

Awesome route

Looks like Mitchell's Pass

Always stunning on the fiets ????

Week before last. Was riding behind this guy through a narrow little alley......suddenly he turned into a shop......gooi his bike dwars and starts to check out the merchandise. Nobody even turned a head! Like riding into a shop is the done thing. Talk about bike friendly towns! Definitely not Cape Town! (Barcelona)

In summer, when we have the emergency door open in our office, I can literally ride into the office, right next to my desk. Great fun

Barcelona is good fun to ride! This is from a few years back. The little alleys are also fun

I must say the only time I would have to ride during the week would be to work and back, and that's what I used to do a few years ago. Nowadays I think I'd be bike jacked in the area where I work, hence the Hub name WeekendWarrior - even on weekends though, for me it boils down to what the weather is doing.

Rather pleasant way to start your day I'd say ... Rietvlei looking lush and green at the moment, a little mud in spots but nothing to scare you off

P.S. felt super strong today but not sure if that was the extra watts from my #BenOiler, the increased VO2Max from my yellow nasal stretcher goody or the powerband that was keeping super upright ...

Never!!! Ek hou te veel van vuil raak lol!

Help die fiksheid baie om vas te byt aan n dun wiel se slip,...tot dit snap, dan gaan lê ek maar in n sloot

What a morning! The weather was perfect for cycling, except for a light breeze, but I was thankful for it for cooling me down. The trial was quite busy this morning with a few groups riding. Today I tested out two things: My new computer and cassette and boy was I impressed! Still need to work on my climbs as it is my Achilles heel. Other than that, it was an awesome ride. Afterward, I stopped for a Latte at Expresso Coffee Shop.

Underneath the picture is the link to my workout.

Any Garmin users who can help me share it easier? Like for example the way Strava's sharing works? So that you can see the whole map with a short summary but without a link, if you understand what I mean.

Also, is there any groups that ride on Saturday? I really would like to join a group each Saturday morning early.
