10 km ride from home to the Odendaal entry gate to the Traverse, with fair number of climbs before getting to the grade 9 .... 50m climb in 700m ..... few short climbs later you are met with this view

The views just kept on getting better, as the autumn colours glistened in the rising sun.

Nice, those roads between the vineyards are now trampled to talcum dust texture after the harvest. Can’t wait for some decent rain to settle the dust.

To the weird and wonderfull alleys behind the pretty shop fronts. There is a none stop conveyer belt of entrepeneurs that open restaurants if the previous one close down.270f297831c382b88010291a749479dc.jpg34bf16443d25d63a619116b5f76e2508.jpg

The bits of rain during the week seems to have helped a LOT for the fine dust.

Just the one short section that still had that thick layer of talcum powder.  :whistling:

Saw one of the savages this morning as I left tokai. Was at the m3 on ramp, slowed down to let this slow dude cross the intersection before me. Then i saw pure savage on the clothes and let out a little hoot.
