And his landlord been receiving fraudulent pops for quite some time before realising money wasn't reflecting so also has an open saps case against him. 

Feel really sorry for his parents and trying not to feel sorry for him😬

Mike looks like the kind of guy that causes you to wake up in the midde of the night and check your closets. I dont know the man and certainly wouldnt want him knocking at my front door.

Wow, never knew he attempted this play on top of everything else.

He will get bail with certain conditions imposed like reporting weekly and handing over his passport.  According to SA law a person is assumed not guilty until found guilty so I would not worry about him getting bail. What is important is that all his victims file charges and cooperate with the investigating officer(s) and despite the inconvenience attend court to testify . Die wiel draai stadig but after many years he will get what he deserves.

A couple of questions: has anyone actually done any of Taun's events? There seems to be many advertised last couple years , Cederberg and Overberg, all on Western Cape Mountain bike FB.

I have posted on that group as a warning to others and my posts have been removed and today not accepted at all. Is it run by Taun fans or family I'm wondering? If they know these events never happen surely it is good to take them off the site? Or did some of the events actually take place?
