We had a really good cycle tour I was 5B but dropped to 5D to cycle with my wife
It was her 2nd and my 3rd
Her first one last year was 5.42 and today she done 4.53
I thought ebikes was for the elderly or disabled but I only saw abled body younger people on them ???

We driving to George tomorrow and then to Cape Town on Friday, just to break the trip up for the kids and to see some of the Garden Route. The drive is a nice change or us. Looking forward to a nice week in Cape Town and a great CTCT!

I assume that this is fairly standard when adding your bike(s) to your household insurance? What do you guys do for insurance during races?

You never know how seriously to take these okes but these days you never know. Either way if you are doing the event just be aware and careful. Not paranoid though.
