If the crank shaft has an OD - outer diameter of 30mm it is a BB 30 - otherwise it is a GXP - it will have a step down on the shaft form an OD 24mm to 22mm.

For you guys who want a little tester - check out www.sbrevents.co.za There is a short Dirt-X (off-road) tri on Sun 02 Dec. It is a few km`s past the Roodeplaat dam. Sould be a good indication of what still needs work before Xterra.

There are a few roads going up to the Magalies ridge 1. Just north of Bremmer st 2. Otherside of the ridge towards Mooi Nooi side They are not gravel but it could be good fun - even a dbl - bike/run for combined time.

I did Sani, 3 Towers and van Gaalens on a Slant 6 - 29 x 2.1 (i think) It rolls really nice - had no issues with grip - or lack there of. You prob wont get Crossmark milage out of it but it still seems to be going well. No puctures either.
