    Had a crazy storm at like 1 this morning, bike just got washed so wasnt too keen on going out on wet roads but glad I did, was a beaut of a morning for a gentle spin.

    run some insulation tape around the bottle where the cage grips it. works for me

    I had a 12000btu aircon installed 2 weeks ago, and use 1 floor fan. Great for those hard efforts. Its my home office + paincave with bike and treadmill so was a good investment as we move into summer.

    you may scare off the amatuers but those who are serious and come prepared with guns or knives will still probably take you on. Imo its still better to just give them what they want and make use of your insurance...

    Probably going to be the same excuses for Joburg classic, being in a "busy" area doesnt help. Sattelite could still happen as its out of town so to speak. But who knows these days. I entered for Joburg classic and was going to make it a weekend to visit family, will just have to wait until some event goes ahead.

    have to agree... I am 183cm and between 79-80kg and use a L to XL bib depending on the brand. Tops, different story. Medium with most brands I use.

    From reading through this you probably need a XL.

    Aircon + any fan with a remote would be the best addition for your paincave. Comes down to spending that R6.5k [or more] but if you spend alot of time indoors then you will really appreciate and enjoy this. Feels awesome when the fan moves that cooled air onto you.

    Time for a new bike then , you have tried everything. On a serious note, just grease the skewers and make sure they are tight. I had a similar issue, changed BB's and looked at everything else but it was just the skewer and the position it was in when closed.

    check your rear skewer also. If it was this it would be when pedalling only though.

    If you have the older Garmin sensors then you would need the ANT+ dongle. The new Speed/Cadence 2 sensors have bluetooth
