I only have 250g left, which at my current rate of consumption will last until next weekend.

I usually buy 2x 250g jars from my local roaster, but he has closed as it’s a restaurant that he roasts from.

I’m reluctant to buy Woolies, Checkers or similar as they are usually very old. I heard Coffee Unplugged we’re delivering fresh “sanitised” stock - might give them a call next week and get them to deliver to my work address.

Pleasantly surprised by Checkers Tanzanian beans this week

The timber thickness is too thin to get a rod or the likes into it unfortunately.

On the positive side, it does feel nice and sturdy!

Even a 2mm nail?

Luckily I’m at the office Mon-Fri, so I drink their coffee and not mine.

If you in JHB we are still roasting and delivering.

(One of our bigger clients is an essential service provider so we’ve had to keep up)

New batch roasting Monday Tuesday

Pop me a message and happy to arrange!

May have a few bits and pieces left over from last weeks so I’ll confirm!

Otherwise SEAM coffee are still roasting and delivering in JHB

bluebird out of the midlands also still roasting and delivering country wide.

No need to resort to supermarket coffee just yet!

Even that .. will measure to confirm, but I am pretty sure it will not work.

Even if I drill a hill before inserting the nail, it would be touch and go.

Even if it looks flimsy, it is proving to be reasonably robust.

Even the wife likes it ... she just walked in now asking if I could make her a coffee (seriously, she just did)
