Coffee machine

Took only a few shots to dial in the grind… Still need to perfect the milk steaming though. Very happy so far!

That looks tasty! The coffee culture is here, the problem is that due to the lack of baristas, most restaurants in the smaller towns use automatic bean to cup machines. I do believe in the bigger cities the quality is a bit better. Also, most dutch only drink black coffee. Milk is frowned upon in coffee (they even call it koffie verkeerd)😂

So my little roll in the arvie includes a stop at the local Jumbo centre for a bean 2 cup coffee at a small bakery (yes I know....the gevulde koeken 🥹) or out to Hoogwoud to the Garden Centre which has a sweet deli restaurant vibe, also B2C coffee ☕.

I think you’re too far south 🙃 some very decent speciality spots further north 🙂

Good morning fellow addicts 

The lady and I were talking and we are considering moving to a bean to cup machine. 

In order to do so we will be selling the Rancilio setup to fund the purchase. 

What could be realistically ask for this: Everything is about 6 years old and in use daily to make about 4 to 5 cups. 

Silivia machine
Rocky Doser grinder (Needs a small repair. The dosser arm gear is stripped)
Two drawer stand
All baskets and bits. 
Bottomless Portafilter 

Overall in really good condition.

hah! things have moved along a lot. there are Bootleggers now that have Bootleggers INSIDE!! wht a time to be alive!

😆 Do miss them this side to be fair. Up north where we are coffee shops (real coffee shops 😄) aren't as prevalent as you'd become accustomed to in Cpt.
