It comes with a bike fit chart to give you some guidelines, but I ended up having to set my saddle height higher than recommended with an 84cm inside leg. Saddle is comfy enough but I think I will swop it out for something else. Overall a very comfortable ride once you've dialed it in. Also very quick to adjust between riders if someone else in the house wants to use it. But I don't like sharing 😜 thebob 1
