Was recovery week, so decided to go up north for the weekend. (maybe some altitude adaption)

Knees are still pretty broken to say the least, but I'm working on it to get sorted.

Did do the Ironman 70.3 on the Sunday :)

 

Can you maybe break down the TSS per part?

ie Swim TSS, bike TSS and run TSS

 

I'm interested to see how 'hard' the individual efforts are

For the Durban 70.3 my TSS was

 

Swim 90.7 - 38mins

Bike 230.6 - 2:46 hrs

Run 193.8 - 1:47 hrs

Short week training wise due to work travel and a race at the weekend

Hopefully the quads are rested enough for this week's ramp up and the start of a new half marathon training plan
