Must say, it was nice to get back into things again last week. 2018 was a dud with knee ops, only 1,070km for 2018 and that included Baviaans.  :ph34r:

Have a question

 

Im coming from a fairly decent base block and have managed to push my fitness to an all time high.

I am however approaching my goal event and started introducing Intervals, by doing this Im starting to see a steady decline in my fitness as Im changing just riding around into more structured rides.

 

Questions Are

 

1: Im I doing to little intervals for current fitness ?

2: If its normal for the decline , what would be an acceptable decline.

3: Should I increase my z2 ride time to make up some TSS from that regards, maybe introduce a morning and evening spin.

 

Any advice will be highly appreciated.
