Frosty Posted January 7, 2019 Posted January 7, 2019 Was still working until 21/12: 10 - 16, 8:55 hrs, 596 TSS17 - 23, 14:35 hrs, 935 TSS 24 - 30, 16:40 hrs, 1115 TSS31 - 06, 3:41 hrs, 290 TSS Haven’t been on the bike since 30/12. Have the Dischem 1/2 on Sunday, then I can start building for Maluti D90 before another break. This year is (relatively) goal free - just ride and enjoy. Still need to train to maintain a minimum level of fitness, but nothing specific.
