Not really a TV show, but Shawn Attwood conducts some really exceptional interview with ex. prisoners' and their passage through life.

 

NOTE: His conspiracy theory interviews and more tabloid stuff I avoid with a 10 foot virtual barge pole.

Dunno how you guys feel about animations. But recently watched the Dota animation and Invincible.
If you were a fan of The Boys, Invincible should be right up your alley.

Both quite good and surpassed any expectations I had for them.

i watched this on Mnet mini series in 2001 while I was in grade 12. It changed the way i felt about "series" forever. if I recall mnet used to show "miniseries" on a tuesday night back then.
