My advice to a new buyer? Do your own research - do not trust the 26 for short riders, 650B for medium riders and 29 for tall riders stereotype - there is far more to it than that. Don't worry though, I have a short 'buddy' on a budget who is not sure about this MTB stuff. He will take it off your hands.
