Excellente!!!!

Watched The Gentlemen last night. Thouroughly entertaining. Lots of parallels being drawn between Lock Stock, I cant comment, as I have not seen Lock stock in ages. (I will re-watch soon)

I like Gritchey's movies, Sherlock Holmes, King Arthur, they were all very entertaining. He has a refreshing, I assume very pommie way of telling stories, and using different english stereotypes, to portray specific roles.

Guy Ritchie is my man

I would say Snatch is probably in my top 5 of all Time

Lock Stock also Brilliant

The Real RocknRolla also classic maybe not as good as the above but still great

The Gentlemen  was brilliant best movie ive seen this year.

1917. A cinematic masterpiece.

busy watching it now... the hand in the chest scene put my wife off her dinner (fish sticks and fries)

She just took a bite of a fry when the scene happened. Was a bit to much for her.

I do not think we youngsters know what war does to one.

But as said... Amazing movie

Then you better avoid anything with Tony Shalhoub, Julianne Moore, Halle Berry or Richard Gere. Coz they're in this too.

I don't see Julianne Moore in the IMDb cast listing for that.... But damn.. It has all my other actress crushes... Kate, Naomi, Uma... Still looks *** though [emoji38]

I watched this last night ('The Thread', not 'The Pitch' version) .

A crazy movie that was amazingly crap, but loved all the big names in it. So for that it was actually great.

(can you tell that I have mixed feeling about it ?)

Busy watching Lawrence of Arabia with my eldest (an hour ever evening before bed) ... this young old man has a very good understanding of human nature, music and really appreciates an exceptionally well shot movie....so he has really been enjoying it so far.

He said to me last night, after the scene were LoA walks across the roof of a de-railed train, "Dad, this whole movie is one big dance. The way the music moves to the rhythm of them walking or riding" ........... needles to say I am really proud of him picking that up .... not bad for a 14 year old.
